Grant/Colethrop did a complete refurbishment of our period home. We were kept informed of realistic times to completion and costs, additional costs for extra work was kept clear. The guys who worked on our house were fantastic, professional, friendly, hard working and showed real care to both our house and our pets! It took a year to complete, as per Grant's initial assessment, workmanship was very good and we were/are very satisfied. Not cheap (there is no pretence to be) but you pay for what you get and its worth it.
